Bigger than I thought it would be so that’s exciting. I wanted a trailing plant for one of my hanging planters and I was hoping that it was going to be big enough to see it so it wouldn’t look like I had a empty planter hung up, lol. Each of the leaves are healthy looking and the root system was really good. There is one tiny spot on one of the leaves which is not concerning because I’ve never bought a plant from anywhere that didn’t have a little blemish, even when I buy them from home depot or walmart and pick them out myself. I took a photo of it but it’s really not worth a second glance. The pot was not root bound like I was afraid it would be. I don’t seem to have the best luck repotting plants that are root bound. I planted my new plant in some good organic soil and I can’t wait to update this in a few months to show the growth I hope it receives. The seller did their part by sending me a nice healthy plant but it’s up to me to keep it that way :).

Arrived in perfect packaging. The picture is after just 5 months, it is thriving!

I ordered two of these philodendron, along with a parlor palm and a peace lily. All of the plants arrived beautiful and healthy, and very well packaged. Because some of the reviews mentioned spider mites, I immediately washed all the leaves off upon arrival (though there was no visible evidence of mites), and sprayed them the next day with a mild solution of dish detergent and water. So whether they came with mites, I couldn’t say, but three months later they are still healthy and infestation-free. After giving the plants a month to settle into their new environment, I transplanted them to larger pots, and now they can’t seem to grow fast enough. They get a little morning sun, and then shade for the rest of the day. They are absolutely gorgeous now, with vines beginning to stretch out. Love them, and would absolutely buy from Hirt’s again.

Beautiful, healthy plants arrived quickly. The only complaint that I have includes a warning: BEWARE THE PACKING PEANUTS. They are part of why these plants arrive in such perfect condition. They are gently immobilized by the evil styro only to burst forth no matter how carefully you open the box. I have no words for how much I hate them. The plants are wonderful.

I was pleasantly surprised at being able to order affordable houseplants on Amazon! This philodendron arrived quickly and in good condition, albeit slightly root-bound. I repotted it the same day it arrived in some Miracle-Gro Moisture Control potting mix. It sits on a living room shelf that receives indirect sunlight. I water it lightly once a week and keep the leaves dusted, and it is thriving beautifully. I will definitely order this again when I’m ready for more houseplants.

Pictured here is Sir Philly Cheesesteak, aka Phil aka Phil of The Future aka The 22nd Century Man and yes that is his full name. He is doing absolutely swimmingly since I received him a couple months ago. He arrived swiftly with a few battle scars but in generally good condition with new leaves already coming in! My house does not have a lot of light because it’s a TINY house surrounded on all sides by tall apartment complexes. The house does face south though, so my beautiful porch(kinda pictured) does get a lot of light.Anyway, space inside is low but I set this guy in my East-facing windowsill and he’s been thriving ever since! He’s easily the greenest and happiest of all my plant babies and is still producing new leaves like crazy! I may have to repot him again soon.If you’re looking for a sign whether of not to get yourself one, this is it! Get yours now!!!

I didn’t realize the date on my plant arrival had been moved up by three days. The poor thing sat in my mailbox for three days in this Las Vegas heat. I opened it up and it was as fresh as could be. It was completely intact. I planted it and it is doing great. Maybe they are raised in hot houses and are used to the heat. I ordered a plant from another company. I went to the mailbox to pick it up today. It was no longer in the container, but laying around the box. It had broken into 10 pieces (wandering jew). I found two sets of small roots. I am so happy with the JM Bamboo company’s method of shipping. Thank you!

So happy as my plant is thriving with new leaves. Initially, it looked stressed as it arrived in a rather small package, although with ample cushioning. I wiped leaves and placed it slightly farther from a growlight, so that it receives peripheral less-intense light. After a week, I repotted the plant and decided to place it in the same location. Occasionally, I water and mist the leaves too. After placing indoor plant spikes, I overwatered and ended up with mold. But diluted neem oil application and morning sunlight got rid of the mold. Overall, I am extremely happy with the plant due to its noticeable growth. According to a dear friend, the heart shape is supposed to increase love, care and peace at home and I din’t believe it. To my suprise, I have witnessed a positive change in the vibe here. Definitely recommend it! Happy planting!

I absolutely adore this plant! This came packaged great.. it came with my parlor palms in the same box. This plant did not dry out in transit, nor were any leaves damaged. I love the heart shape of these leaves. I must admit… I was pleasantly surprised that this plant is bigger than I expected. It looks to be more of a vine plant.. I’m excited to watch it grow. For now, it’s in my family room still in the pot it came in. Soon, I’ll replant it in a different pot. I don’t have a lot of sun streaming in my family room window.. it’s more of a low light room, which is why I opted for this cute plant. It seems to be doing well so far. This company really takes care of their plants and it shows in their packaging. Don’t hesitate because of the plants long journey to your house. It’ll arrive in excellent condition. I plan on purchasing more plants from them. A big thumbs up!!!!!*** UPDATE ***Look at the new picture I just took!!!!! Look how much this plant grew in 15 months! It’s gorgeous!! As soon as I decided to hang it, it started to trail. I will DEFINITELY be buying another one. ❤️❤️❤️

These Heart-Leaf Philodendrons are so healthy that they were growing new leaves inside dark boxes while being shipped – talk about easy! I know from past experience that I can grow the vines to 18′ long, which makes them very decorative, especially in a multi-story home. They ask for very little in terms of care for as much as they give back, so if you’re looking for a great addition to your home decor, look no further 🙂
